We love this property. Our favorite feature is the deck and view from the deck. Whether cloudy or sunny, at sunrise or sunset, the scenery is beautiful and restores the mind and spirit.

Great experience working with this company on the frontside of the transaction. Follow through on our phone call with window issue did not happen.

What a gem. Beautiful waterfront views from each window. The house is tucked nicely in the wooded lot to ensure privacy & keeps the house cool on warm days. The porches were the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or a glass of wine as the sun sets (gorgeous views). Thanks for a memorable vacation. We will definitely return.

Piper Cove is a lovely cottage. The owners have paid great attention to detail and the setting is beyond gorgeous. We've stayed on several different lakes in Maine, but this one is the nicest -- big enough to get a little lost in a kayak, quiet and peaceful.

It is always very easy and seamless to work with OTW.

Rockcroft is beautiful, , and the location right on the water makes it a special place. Tastefully furnished, comfy bed, and very private. The view across the bay to Isleboro was just gorgeous. My wife and I enjoyed every minute spent at the property.

On The Water in Maine is a prime example of what a service company should be. The company equivalent of what Maine says about itself: the way life should be. If only every company could follow OTWIM's lead. Tif and Justin, owners, are responsive and helpful in every way. Their houses are prepped with guidance books, posted suggestions, and one quickly sees they have thought the whole rental process through from the renters' point of view. In making the renters' experience good, OTWIM does well. The perfect formula. Our country would be in an even better place if all businesses took this logical approach.

The best aspect of the Stone's Throw house is the long porch right on Rockland's bay. Any time of day there is goings on of interest, from the birds, the tides, the boats, the ferries, the breakwater with the lighthouse at the end, the dry dock where boats are being refurbished across the inlet. One gets a large sky view of the sun rising and falling, the clouds, and the fog forming, retreating, and reforming. The house itself is an usual mix of rooms and passageways, the evident result of numerous renovations and rebuildings over the years. It is chock full of knickknacks, books, games, pictures that the owners have brought into their home from year to year.

This is our second year dealing with On the Water in Maine and they did not disappoint. The rental process was easy. We had to call about a couple of ghings and Justin and Benjamin were wonderful. We plan on coming back in the spring and will be using their services again.

The house was clean, well stocked, plenty of room. The appliances were new and quiet. The house was centrally located for all of our travel needs and Shore Rd is a great place to take daily walks.

Everyone at On the Water is super attentive and lovely.

The view from On the Rocks is unparalleled. We also spend a lot of time sitting on the dock, enjoying the sway of the ocean, the breeze, and watching the cormorants dive for fish.
