This is our second time staying at Rosehill and it's as good as we remembered. Our favorite feature is the large wrap-around deck. Nothing like relaxing on the deck, looking at the beautiful wild flowers and enjoying a cold beverage.

Halcyon Point is a modern art work house, scandinavian in its clean geometry and sparse serenity. The siting and orientation of the modern house has been planned to catch the spectacular view of Norton Island just s short gull fly from the rocks below Halcyon Point, and the open ocean to the southeast. The fog comes in quietly at times, and then is gone as quickly. The layout o the rooms is unconventional, but chosen to keep the footprint small. We did not use the Guest House, but that looked equally as appealing.

Rockcroft is a beautiful and comfortable house in a fantastic setting. It is very private and quiet.The view from the hottub across the water, day or night, is wonderfull

Great cottage with an incredible view. Very clean and comfortable accommodations. The only downside was that the website advertised a TV in the living area and master bedroom. There was only a TV in the master bedroom. It would have been nice for the family to watch movies on a rainy day without having to sit on the bed.

Our cabin was clean and had a well-stocked kitchen which was really nice. The location and grounds were lovely and we really enjoyed boating on the ponds.

Justin and his team at On the Water in Maine made it so very easy to rent and enter the property. They sent me all the detailed information I needed at the perfect timing to ensure everything went easily and perfectly, which it did. They made it so easy!

A completely decadent, comfortable, huge, amazing property! The gourmet kitchen was a dream to cook in, the deck and bar area was a dream to entertain in, the view was gorgeous and access to a community pool was perfection!

On the Water in Maine did a great job keeping us well informed. Particularly liked the email that suggested favorite things to do and places to go. Or what to do on rainy day.

The Gulls is really a home with enough personality and decorations that it is homey without being fussy or things getting in the way. love the landscaping, natural as well as sweet garden areas. Layout is perfect with living area and porch giving perfect views. Love that front is all glass doors for view. Love that it gets the sunsets and not the morning sun. Porch was perfect even on hot humid days. And most times there is a nice breeze coming up the river. Location to town and other areas was perfect. Couldn't see one neighbor other than the ones across the river which is still far away. Wonderful, private, well-amenitied, little home. would be tight for 6 people but perfect for 3 or 4.

The staff was very personable, friendly and responsive.

The property was just as expected if not better and the cleanliness of the house was terrific. The house was well equiped with everything we needed. Justin delivered our rental boat and was very accommodating. Our favorite feature was the dock and floating dock. We also made use of the ping pong table in the basement.

The house was absolutely LOVELY! You can tell much care had been taken to create a beautiful, relaxing and comfortable home. From the moment you walk in the door you can see the gorgeous lake view - it took our breath away. The kitchen . . . . oh my goodness the kitchen! It was the best kitchen I've ever seen - sounds funny - but its true! The spot on the lake was ideal - just a few lily pads about 20 feet off the dock, perfect for floating in while my husband and father-in-law fished. This was the perfect getaway!

Great location. We loved cooking in the kitchen with vintage plates and mixing bowls and enamelware table watching boats pass by in the river.

Maitri House was a fabulous vacation for my extended family! Even the weather cooperated and gave us 5 hot, sunny days to take the boat out and enjoy our water sports. What entranced us was the quiet beauty of the setting...our past vacation houses at the Outer Banks of NC were in boisterous settings with close-in neighbors. This was tranquil, yet offered excitement on the lake, relaxation on the dock, and fun around the fire pit at night. Highlights included: everyone viewing the Milky Way in just the clearest way our first night on the dock, toasting marshmallows in the firepit, catching a smallmouth bass off the boat, waterskiing and tubing like there was no tomorrow, and doing our own restaurant-worthy lobster dinner. One vacation we will be talking about for a long time!
