What a responsive team with a great attention to detail. All the people we dealt with were friendly, courteous and worked together like a well-oiled machine.

The 180 degree view from this property is stunning... the rocky coast harbor view that we all drive to Maine for was ours to enjoy from one of many vantage points the property offered. The beach, one of the several decks, the dock, the yards. Wonderful. The unique home design provided my husband and I and our adult children all having a bedroom with a semi-private patio and a door to the outside. The fishing was great. We caught many mackerel and a striper from the dock. The place does need a lot of updating and better seating. We had a great time.

This is our 4th year renting with On the Water in Maine. It was easy & worry free as always! Thanks so much!!!

Our stay was terrific!!! The house is beautiful & has a perfect set up with the open kitchen/dining/living room area, the bedrooms each having a private bath & the location allows quick easy access to several areas.

Very easy to work with and helpful.

The floor plan fit our family perfectly. We had our whole family there - daughter, son-in-law and two young grandchildren that took the top floor; our son took the lower floor and my wife and I was in the master bedroom. Also liked the child friendly environment - large yard, play ground and toys in the house.

On The Water In Maine has thoroughly task-analyzed the process of dealing with clients electronically. It is a pleasure to work with this agency because everything plays out so seamlessly.

Juniper Bank is a well-appointed property ideally situated on the mid-coast for day trips to nearby towns or for simply enjoying the property's setting. We probably enjoy most, however, the view of the water and the working and the pleasure boats that travel it.

This was our second stay at "Our Song" and will not be our last! We love everything about it, the location is perfect, the house is perfectly appointed and lacks for nothing, the sonos stereo system is awesome, the kitchen is great for any gourmet, we didn't eat out at all, we cooked every day. The bed is luxuriously comfortable, the furniture comfy, the outdoor seating is perfect, can't say enough good things about it!

Justin was available to answer any questions. Very professional & personable.

Exactly what was expected. Very quaint, clean, well appointed, quiet, with an amazing view. Added bonus of having kayaks available. Enjoyed the selection of books & CDs. Liked not having a tv, although we did watch a VHS movie, very retro.

All the phone and email contacts were handled very efficiently. The check in and check out procedures were very clear and easy to understand.

Spectacular view! Love the large porch and large dining tables, both inside and out. Master bedroom was very comfortable although the closet arrangement was odd. We had guests with us and they had no closet at all in the Guest room. Master bathroom and shower were very nice - great supply of hot water. Very small gust bath but stall shower worked well. Kitchen had the basics but could use more pans. The disposal did not work well and the sink did not drain properly. BUT the location and ocean view made up for those deficiencies . Didn't watch much TV but they worked well - really appreciated the easy to use remotes.

Very helpful and cooperative . Queries dealt with efficiently and promptly.

Location great. Very quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed fishing from the dock, the campfire and BBQ. Easy access to Camden and Hope.

Ben was most amenable in providing the additional boat which we rented and in walking us through the property's features. His knowledge of the home we rented was amazingly in depth. We will look forward to renting with you all again.

We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities found within and from the property at Lakeside Lilys. The home is very well furnished with everything that one (or 8 in our case) would need. Our 4 grandchildren were ecstatic with the access to the pedalboat, fishing, and swimming in Coleman Pond. The three youngest also enjoyed the swings and all of us had a great time creating s'mores at the firepit. Thanks so much for offering your home for rent!

The property was beautiful. The beds were mostly comfortable and the living, dining, kitchen, and bedroom space was generous. They house is definitely kid friendly.

On the Water in Maine did a great job. The process was simple and well-explained - leaving us no need to contact you at all! (We did see your office as we drove to Rockland.) Well done!

The Little River Guest Cottage is a delight. Hummingbirds in the garden. Comorants on the pond. A chipmonk in the apple tree. The house is well appointed. The pans are good. The knives sharp. The dishes well selected. Wifi works without a hitch. It was a joy to stay in such a pleasant spot.

On the Water in Maine was awesome! Justin was caring and always reachable. When we had a problem his response was so fast and problem was solved. We woke up to no hot water on day after arrival. One call to Justin and problem solved in one hour! Justin originally apologized that it might takes some time to fix until later that day. We received call within an hour from his service man and they had solved the problem!

Our stay couldn't have been better. We loved the house, atmosphere , location and amenities. Homes location was perfect and central . We often walked to dinner.

Absolutely top rate. A pleasure to deal with.

I really enjoyed my stay at Seascape cottage. I loved it's location most of all. 5 minutes outside of Rockland was amazing. It was a great place to act as a hub for my visit to Maine. Favorite feature was obviously the beautiful view of the ocean. Waking up in the morning and seeing the ocean from your bedroom, or sitting for hours on the deck reading, and listening to the ocean can't be beat.

The firm is very easy to work with. All depictions are honest and they maintain the homes well.

The location of this gem of a cottage is an added bonus. Not only does it have a quiet, sandy beach, but it is short distance from Rockland and Camden.

On the Water was VERY prompt about resolving some of our concerns. They brought 2 new fans and a microwave to the cottage. They also refunded a portion of the week's stay. On the Water showed they cared about their customers and were very apologetic. We have utilized On the Water for many years. Despite this one hiccup, we would look to book through On the Water again.

This property was wonderful for scenic views and quiet. As stated earlier we had some issues with appliances and parking. That being said the size of the cottage was perfect for us as well as the proximity to Rockland! OTWIM COMMENT 9/10: Indeed, as this Guest noted, we did take down a new microwave and new fans right away once reported to us. The microwave had a bit of rust on the edge, and has for some time. It didn't effect the operation or cleanliness and was more directly related to the cottage being so close to the water. We didn't see an issue with it, but did address it for this Guest as we valued their business and concerns. We do rely on each Guest who stays in our properties to wash and put away dishes clean and are always as frustrated as the next Guest when one doesn't do that. This Cottage does have a dishwasher and there are clear instructions that it is a "mobile" dishwasher and how to easily operate it, still some Guests haven't reviewed those instructions, assumed the dishwasher didn't work, and then didn't clean the dishes by hand as well as a dishwasher. We have since posted a sign to illustrate this point more. The cottage has a 83% repeat renter rate and is priced for what it is. Yes, some parts like the bathroom are newer, and some parts of the cottage are older. A cottage that was all new in the same location would garner another $1000 a week in rent that the rate we ask for. There is parking for 2 cars at this cottage and we have not heard of any other parking issues in the past. Had this Guest contacted us regarding parking issues, we would have addressed it right away.

On The Water In Maine could not be better. It's the best vacation rental company we've ever worked with.

Our stay at Deep Cove has become an annual visit. We love the house, it's privacy and exceptional location.

We thoroughly enjoyed the owners' attention to detail! The gourmet kitchem has everything you need, so well equipped. Plus, the location is ideal, within walking distance to the harbor. The harbor view from the master bedroom is exquisite. The spacious deck offers a great view, too. This is so well appointed, clean, and comfortable.
