Wonderful family time spent at Redwood Cabin. Our favorite feature was the dock and using the included water toys.

All good! Although the lease-signing (and pet-waiver-signing) process was more "involved" than your typical VRBO of AirBnB experience, the communication from the team was very clear and the process worked smoothly. We appreciated also the detailed info provided about the whole experience, including things to do in the area and the set-up with the boat rental company.

Favorite feature was the lovely "den" off the kitchen where we spent a great deal of time talking, reading, doing a puzzle and generally enjoying the amazing view. Loved pretty much every room in the house, honestly. It's a GORGEOUS property and the cabin is just so appropriate to the setting and just the right balance of old and new. Absolutely perfect for us.

Awesome! Meg was instantly responsive. She IMMEDIATELY upgraded the weak internet. Meg and Tif replaced a problematic piece of furniture as well.

Beautiful cottage with a lovely location on Norton pond.

It was extremely easy. Everyone is very responsive and helpful. Kim came out and installed the curtains in the master bedroom and organized a plumber to come out and fix a leaking toilet.

The bedroom had no curtains and face a well traveled road. Thankfully Kim got us curtains and installed them the first few days of our stay. The downstairs toilet was leaking from the bottom and a plumber did come out to fix it but it still looked like it was leaking. The best feature was the lake view but I dont think we will stay there again since the neighbors were too loud and nosy.

It is always a pleasure to do business with everyone at On The Water. When we are staying at The Inn From The Cold, our questions/problems are addressed right away. Thanks. However, I sent a pre-visit email question to [email protected]. I was asking about the status of the elevator. As it turned out, when we got there, the elevator was not working, unfortunately.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Clam Cove. The house was clean and well organized. The view was spectacular. The location was perfect for us because it was private but also offered plenty of restaurants and conveniences nearby.

I have always appreciated working with the team and feel like on the water in Maine is one of the most professional organizations I have worked with.

The property was perfect for our family! Our favorite feature was probably the living room windows. Since we had rain for the majority of our two weeks, the windows made us feel as if we were outside as they brought in so much light! Also, the 2nd floor family room was great. Obviously, the location of the house was excellent!!

Everyone at the company was very friendly and welcoming and easy to work with. The process, explanations and instructions were easy to follow and thorough.

Seahaus was AMAZING. The house was beautifully situated on the property to enjoy the ocean views but also designed to feel like you were secluded in the Maine woods -- all the while being 5 minutes from the beautiful town of Camden. The architecture of the house and decor were thoughtfully curated and comfortable. It is difficult to pick one thing, but I would say our favorite feature were the secluded views from the house.

Beautiful view of water although not accessible which was clearly described in rental. Better than a hotel with a full kitchen. All new with updated furnishings.

Professional, clear communication

It's been 2 years since we've been back to Piper Cove Cottage and the cottage looked exactly the same. We were impressed with how everything had been taken such good care of and was in great shape. We love the outdoor space around the cabin: the hammock, firepit, grill, dock and lounge chairs. This adds a wonderful additional living space to our experience.

I cannot say enough good things about the team. This year, no issues with the house. But we've had some issues the last few years, and they were always there to make everything easy.

That view from the living area and kitchen -- words cannot describe. If you like looking out on a secluded and wooded lake, it cannot be beaten.

When we got to the cottage, the hot water heater had not been turned on. Kim was very professional and walked me through getting everything turned on.

Seaside Cottage is a beautiful property. Almost every room has a view of Rockland Harbor, and the cottage is very well cared for. The two chairs set out in front of the property, right along the cliffs edge, were the perfect reading spot.

Working with OTWIM was a seamless experience. Much improved (from past years) is the key in the lock box-no picking up and dropping off.

Despite the fact that it rained every single day and the water was only visible for a window in 2 afternoons, we still love this place. Our favorite feature is by far the water view. The gardens are lovely as well and spectacular bright spot in the June gloom! House is very nicely equipped, making for a great visit on those evenings you want to cook in.

From the time we booked the house, Tiffany and her team stayed in contact with us. When we arrived Tiffany was available for any questions we had.

The deck was huge and the perfect place to start each day. We loved the view while we drank our coffee and planned our adventures.

Great Oaks was a wonderful property. The master bed was too hard and we bought and left a mattress topper. Wished the master bed was a king size but the room and view were overall a wonderful experience. We would have loved a fire pit or ability to make a fire.

Working with On The Water In Maine is always delightful. Everyone is genuinely friendly and helpful.

Flora's Waterfront Retreat is a beautiful home. There are plenty of places to hang out with lots of seating. The beds are very comfortable. The views are beautiful from all the windows that face the back, but especially from the windows in the kitchen which are in a semi-circle.
