It is sure to be well received by guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools necessary to make a great meal. The expansive living room and dining area with high ceilings and plenty of natural light is a great spot for everyone to gather and plan the days activities, relax after a hike or sail, or organize a feast at the large dining table. The outside porch has comfortable seating and peeks of the ocean just a minute away. Come enjoy the best that Camden has to offer in this spectacular vacation home.

BOATS INCLUDED? None, however our Maine Sport in neighboring Rockport will deliver kayaks. You can launch them 300 feet away at the public boat launch ramp.
LINENS & TOWELS: The rental of this property includes all bed linens and towels. Beds will be made up upon arrival and there will be one bath towel and wash cloth per listed occupancy, one hand bath towel per bedroom, one bath mat towel per bathroom, and two kitchen towels in the kitchen. Additional bath towels can be rented.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: No, the owner of this property does not require a security deposit, however, guests are still financially responsible for non-accidental damages at the property.

I cannot say enough about how nice it was to rent through On the Water in Maine. I have rented many homes, and this agency was by far the best to work with. The caretaker of the homes, Ben was great. He answered immediately when we had a question, and was right there if we needed anything.
Property
We stayed at 40 Sea Street for the Camden Film Festival. There were 4 of us, and we all enjoyed the house very much. It is a short walk into town, so no need of a car into Camden. The kitchen was perfect for us, cooking meals at home. There is a large table to eat, and plenty of room to relax in the living room and porch. The only down side was the small bunk bed room. The two women who shared that room were not that comfortable. I think the house is perfect for two couples, and children in the bunk room, but not adults in that room. The King and Queen bedrooms were very comfortable. We had one bathroom, but worked that out fine. Everything you could want was there, and we would definitely rent this house again.
