This unique property has over 200 feet of waterfront, and there is a private firepit on the beach. The yard has mature plantings and lovely landscaping.

Belfast on the Bay is perfect for a family of six or three couples traveling together. It’s just a three-minute drive into downtown Belfast, where there are many dining options along with lovely shops and galleries. There are walking paths for exercising and also a walking path taking you over the old Footbridge. Camden is just a 25-minute drive to the south and Acadia National Park is an hour and a half to the north. You also don't need to travel anywhere because the peace and tranquilly of the view and your surroundings while enjoying a cocktail or a book from the couch is enough of a vacation!

Classic in style, this 3,365-square-foot house had been recently updated, remodeled, and newly furnished. The master bedroom and En Suite are conveniently located on the main floor. All rooms in the house have lovely water views, and the house is partially air-conditioned on the first and second floors, but also vents to the basement. 
 

LINENS & TOWELS: The rental of this property includes all bed linens and towels.  Beds will be made up upon arrival and there will be one bath towel and wash cloth per listed occupancy, two hand towels per bathroom, one bath mat per full bathroom, and two kitchen towels in the kitchen.  Additional VIP bath towels can be rented.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Yes, a $250 Refundable Security Deposit is required by the owner. The security deposit is due 90 Days prior to arrival and refunded within 30 days after a successful departure.
